About this product

The Schwegler Predator-Proof Front Panel is for use with the following nest boxes;

Schwegler 1B Nest Box
Schwegler 2M Nest Box

There is both a 26mm and 32mm diameter entrance hole option, depending on the desired target species.

In areas where cats and other predators can be a danger to nesting birds, the Schwegler 1B and 2M Nest Boxes can be equipped with this protective grill. The special shape and mesh-style design allows light to still enter the box.

Please note, that this item includes both the front panel and the protective grill.
For nest boxes already in use, you can simply order this item and exchange the front panels. If you are buying a new nest box and would like it to have a Predator-Proof Front Panel fitted for you, simply order the 1B or 2M nest box and the appropriate predator-proof front panel and we'll ensure it arrives complete.
