The Vivara bat stone is an ideal habitat for various species as it contains an array of shelter types, including both crevices and cavities. Made from insulating and durable Woodstone® material it provides a suitable shelter in mild winters and can be used as a temporary roost by certain species at different points of the year. The rugged design of the bat stone will also help to deter unwelcome predators from accessing the bats and will help prevent disturbance to roosting bats—an ideal habitat to add to the underside of buildings or to a tree trunk/branch.
